Naturally Granulated Soft Set North Yorkshire Honey from Awarding Winning Beekeeper. Also known as "Creamed" or "Whipped" honey.
1lb jars, complete with tamper proof seals.
Each jar is packaged in a clear bag then bubble wrapped with the aim of preventing any damage or leaks. If the product received differs in any way, please contact me in the first instance.
My honey is produced to the highest standards and won multiple prizes at the Great Yorkshire Show in recent years.

"About This Honey"
This honey is naturally granulated soft set honey having been produced from granulated set honey.
In brief a bucket of honey is allow to set until it is hard and then is gently warmed, before being whipped (essentially with a large hand mixer). The resulting honey doesn't set hard, but remains creamy and spreadable, a little like the consistence of warm butter. Nothing is added to the honey in the process.
I examine my honey microscopically to determine what the bees have foraged on.
