Refund policy

If you are unhappy with an item you have received, please get in touch to discuss the issue or fault and we will do our best to make it right for you. Sadly, we do not offer returns or refunds on our products, but if an item arrives damaged or defective, we will do our upmost to provide a replacement, following the receipt of evidence of such damage or defect. 
We can also not offer replacements for:
– Unclaimed or undelivered envelope/packages.
– Insufficient address (so please check your address is correct before you order an item)
– Refused packages
